Please complete the following form to advise us of your intention to Vacate your property.

We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry on the same business day, however if you have not heard from a member of our team within the day that you call us directly.

Notice periods for termination of your tenancy can vary. Please ensure you review the below prior to completing the form.

We advise that the property may be shown to prospective tenants in the lead up to the end of your tenancy. Your Property Manager will contact you directly to discuss this further.

Upon Vacate

​You are required to return keys to our office before 5:00pm on the day of your vacate. Rent is due and payable up to and including the day the keys are returned or the date the Tenancy Agreement ends, whichever occurs last. 

Your Property Manager will invite you to attend the vacate inspection however it is not necessary for you to attend if you are not able. Please advise your Property Manager at least 2 days before the vacate date of your intention to attend.
